I decided to take control of my health, not only for the benefit of my family but for myself. I was over weight, unhealthy, very moody and totally addicted to sugar. I was tired and confused about what I should be eating and how to realistically maintain a healthy lifestyle. I jumped online and googled “online personal trainer” and the the Get Active website came up. I immediately liked the fact that Hilde was a working mother and I felt that she would be able to help me. So I decided to commit to an online coaching program and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.  

I have lost 8.4kg and 69cm from my body measurements. I feel amazing and am so proud of what I have achieved. When you commit to my Drop a Dress Size Coaching Program I'm on a mission to make sure you achieve your goals. We will work through my 3 Step program to ensure you reach your goals but more improtantly maintain them. 

Initial Discovery Call First step is for me to find out as much as I can about you. It's impotant that you tell me as much about your lifestyle, challenges, injuries etc so I can put together a program tailored just for you. 

Coaching A major part of this program is the coaching. You will work one-on-one with me. I will be here to KEEP YOU ACCOUNTABLE, SUPPORT YOU and keep you going until you reach your goals. You will be required to submit weekly feedback and have unlimited email contact. You even have the option to include weekly phone coaching. If you've struggled to make changes before this coaching and accountability WILL make a HUGE difference. 

Rest - Reduced Stress It's important to understand the impact stress and your busy lifestlye can have on your hormones and weight loss. The goal during your program is to SLOW DOWN and start listening to your body. We will be aiming for more sleep, less stress and training effectively, not endlessly!  

Step 1 - Rest & Rebalance Your personalised nutrition plan will be designed to help re-balance your hormones. We work closley togeher to find out what will work for your body and you will contiue to eat. Don't worry, treats are essential! 


Step 2 - Maximise Your Metabolism Your persnalised training plan will be designed t maximise your metabolism making fat loss easier. Your training plan will be designed around your goals, lifestlye and current level of fitness. 

Step 3 - Fast Track Your Fat Loss This is where the one-on-one coaching really kicks in. Each week I will be tweaking your program and guding you on what to do to get maximum results. This will include a combination of training, nutrition and mindset. My mission is to help you reach YOUR GOALS!

Meet Cindy...

My goal was to lose the 15kg I had put on and get back to a healthy weight. I also wanted to feel healthy.  

Carrying the extra weight really made me feel uncomfortable, I felt that if I didn’t do anything the weight would keep creeping up and my health would suffer.  

What were the top 1-2 things that held you back from achieving your goal? Lack of knowledge on weight loss, exercise and a healthy diet were the two things that held me back from achieving the weight loss I was after. I always thought time was a reason but I think that was just an excuse rather than a reason. I also have a herniated disc in my neck and always thought any exercise would aggravate it but again that turned out to be an excuse rather than a reason.  

What had you tried to get to your goal before? I had tried diets from diet shakes to frozen diet meals in the last 5 years but never really kept the weight off successfully, I always put back on whatever I lost.  

My weight had increased so much that I felt uncomfortable, unattractive and most of all unhealthy. Most of my life I have been able to eat whatever I wanted and not put on weight but with getting a little older my body has changed and putting weight on became very easy.  

My first goal was to lose weight, but once I started to exercise I also wanted to increase my fitness and strength because I could see it was making a positive difference in how I felt.  

Once I started to exercise and started to see the results this really helped to keep me motivated to keep on exercising. My trainer also helped me to understand that diet plays a huge role and how to combine different foods to achieve the best results.  

How were you feeling about your weight at that time you enrolled? I felt very overwhelmed about my weight when I first started at Get Active, I was embarrassed that I had let myself put on the weight. I hated trying on clothes in the shops because I was starting to shop for size 16 clothes, I had never been this size before and wasn’t happy with myself at all.  

Now that you achieved your weight loss has your view of yourself changed? I feel so much more confident, friends and family have been commenting on my weight loss and how healthy I look. I energy levels have increased and now I am not walking but running for exercise.  

I feel very positive about the future and now look forward to exercising to increase my fitness and strength levels.  

What would you say to someone sitting on the fence about joining our program? I would say just do it, it may be scary at first but it is so rewarding. It will be hard work but the benefits make you feel amazing. Set yourself achievable goals and when you have achieved them set another set of goals.
