INITIAL QUESTIONNAIRE
You will fill out the initial questionnaire to let me know all about you. The more honest information I have the more it helps me design a program that will work for you.
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Once I have your payment and initial questionnaire I can develop your program (nutrition and training program). This is personalised based around your existing fitness level, goals, what you have access to, eating habits and general lifestyle. Please allow 3-5 working days for your program to be designed.
ONBOARDING
You will be emailed your personalised program (PDF files) along with your feedback email that you will need to send back to me every week. If you have chosen a program with an onobarding call we will book this in.
iOS/Android Coaching APP
You will also be given access to MyCoach, coaching app. This is my personalised app where I have included lessons on nutrition, stress, sleep, exercise and more. I can also set you personalised daily actions to keep you on track. You can also instant message me through the app.
Accountability and Support
This is where the magic happens! Every week you will need to provide email feedback and if chosen commit to your weekly coaching call. If you’ve tried to do it on your own before I promise having someone keeping you accountable makes a BIG DIFFERENCE!

This is a coaching program. The program you begin with is your STARTING point and through regular feedback I will help you discover the perfect plan that gets you results and fits in with your lifestyle. Everyone is different and how much weight you lose will depend on your starting point and the effort you put in. Generally most clients would lose at least 5kg and some up to 14kg.

No. This is not a macro plan. The whole purpose of my program is to help you develop a new way of eating and get rid of the ‘diet’ mentality.
Michelle Bridges program is a generic program that is based around calorie counting. My 12 Week Body Transformation includes weekly feedback and coaching where we discover exactly what is going to work for you.
No, this program is about finding a training program that works for you and you enjoy. There are plenty of cardio options for you to choose from and you only include the cardio you choose. If you are getting a personalised program then just let me know your injuries, likes and dislikes and your program will be based around your information.
No, but a part of your program will include resistance training. This might not be straight away but the goal is to get you challenging your muscles as you progress. This is a personalised program so having some adjustable dumbells at home is a great start. I will design your program around what you have.
There is no set amount of exercise. Your 12 week body transformation exercise program is based around your current level of fitness, what you want to achieve and how much time you can allocate. The training program includes beginner, intermediate and advanced options. As part of your weekly feedback I will make recommendations on whether you should be including more or less exercise and if the intensity needs to vary.
No, this is not a set diet. It is not Keto, Paleo, or any diet. It is YOUR DIET. Your 12 Week Body Transformation is all about discovering what works for your body. I’ve worked with clients who do work better eating similar to a ketogenic diet and I’ve had others that can eat carbs every meal and it’s still not enough. We are going to find what works for you!
