Kelsi has been training with us for the past 3 months and lost a huge 14.3kg


Here’s what Kelsi had to say!

1. What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?
Nothing seemed to look good on me anymore, nothing fit well and I never felt
‘great about myself’ I knew for my on health and state of mind I need to do
something big to change the way I looked and felt.

2. What results have you achieved since starting your program?

The program has completely changed my mind set, exercise is now something
that I want to do, health food choices are easy and I don’t crave unhealthy foods.
I have gone above what I expected I would or could ever do. 14kgs is a

3. What do you like best about our program/ having a trainer?

I decided to go through a personal trainer because I need someone to teach me how
to work out properly, what exercises to do, what to eat, how much to eat.

From constant fad diets and bad advice from the big wide web I knew that I needed that
oneoneone personal advice and training. That is exactly what I have achieved by
working with Hilde and Cam.


I am now equipped with the knowledge I need to
continue my journey and live a healthier happier lifestyle.

What did I love about it? Everything, the program was great, the food was great,
Hilds and Cam are great and yes I got my ass whooped more that a few times but it was exactly what I need.

4. What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?

Get up and do something for yourself, weight loss is hard and having someone to help you through it and push you when you need it is the best way to get the results you want. Hilds and Cam will give you the tools that you need to change the way you think and feel about yourself.
