WEEK 1 - NUTRITION

Learn what you should be eating to give you more energy and help you lose any extra kilos that might have crept on.

week 2 - movement

This week we set some exercise goals and you’ll learn how much exercise is needed to keep you fit and healthy. This week’s mission is to move more!

week 3 - stress & sleep

Tips on how to reduce stress and how much sleep you really need. We will work on creating a pre-sleep routine and building on the habits we have already implemented.

week 4 - self care

Let’s pull it all together and learn the importance of self-care. In our final week we try and implement EVERYTHING we have learnt so far to really get some great results!

Our 28 Day Challenge is delivered through our coaching app and each day you will receive lessons and taks to complete. You can also directly message your trainer (Hilds), to ask questions and get some extra support! You can also track your weight and measurements if you’re also on a mission to lose a few extra kilos!
