So it’s on again and we have a HUGE group of awesome participants all ready to make some amazing changes in 6 weeks!

My 6 Week Fat Loss Program is a great way to not only lose the weight but learn how to keep it off.

So week 1 kicks off tomorrow and that means that today is the day to get ORGANISED! I can’t stress enough how important it is to allocate some time to get organised each week. This means planning out your food and training for the coming week.

Food Preparation - Getting Organised

So this afternoon I did some food prep and it consisted of –

  • Packaging up some almonds
  • Roasting Pumpkin, Zucchini and Capsicum
  • Grilling Chicken and packaging it up into portions
  • Making some egg cups – like mini quiches
  • Chopping celery
  • Making my lunch for tomorrow (Chicken & Avocado Salad)

I’ve also written down my exercise plan for week 1 and planned out food for day 1 which I plan on sticking to for the first 4 days.

It took me about 1 1/2 hours and now I’m set!!!!

What I’ve found over the years working with hundreds of women is that the ones who MAKE THE TIME to get organised and plan ahead make the best changes. You can’t honestly expect to change habits, lose fat and feel awesome if you just “wing” it. I also know the NUMBER 1 excuse people make for not changing is “I don’t have time”. Look I’m going to be brutaly honest here. WE ALL HAVE TIME!!! It’s just what you choose to spend it on. If you go so sick that you had no choice but to change and make time for yourself, you’d do it. Now don’t wait for that to happen, MAKE TIME NOW. Stop listening to those crappy excuses you come up with and instead do something new and focus on WHAT YOU CAN DO.

So go get organised, it’s an awesome feeling and doesn’t take long!
