Then Friday comes around, it’s 4pm and you start thinking about that drink you’re going to enjoy tonight and that block of chocolate you plan on devouring. Then Saturday morning comes and you fit in a workout followed by an overindulgent breakfast, maybe a coffee and cake later and this continues ALL WEEKEND!
Now don’t get me wrong there is nothing wrong with a treat but too much over the weekend can really slow down your progress. You might not be bingeing but all these frequent extras can stop you from moving forward.
