Chocolate Chia Pudding – makes 4
Packed with omega-3 fatty acids, soluble fiber, and even a little bit of protein, these tiny seeds can elevate just about any meal or snack to a nutritional powerhouse.
½ cup black chia seeds
2 cups almond/coconut milk
8 dates OR ½ cup maple syrup
½ tsp of vanilla extract
½ cup cacao powder
Blend all ingredients and separate mixture into 4 glasses. Set in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight. Top with raspberries, shaved coconut and cacao nibs.
