TRAINING LAST WEEK:
1 X 7km JOG
1 X RUNNING INTERVAL SESSION
1 X BIKE INTERVAL SESSION
1 X TEMPO RUN
1 X NETBALL TRAINING
3 X WEIGHT SESSIONS
NUTRITION:
Overall pretty good, not spot on but enough to make some progress. I
spent the last few days of the week in Adelaide so a few extra treats
crept in but overall didn’t go too overboard. Starting to look forward
to reaching my goal and re-introducing a bit more variety back in to my
diet. Although right now it’s just easier to keep things simple as it
makes it far easier to stay on track. Most days I tend to prepare dinner
while I’m making my lunch as I know from 5-7:30pm is when Braden gets
cranky and it’s easier if things are prepared in advance. So Cam and I
have been living of lots of salads!
WEIGHT LOSS: .6kg (weighed in a couple of days early)
Didn’t check my measurments before I flew out (wasn’t on my mind at
4am as I was getting ready to go to the airport) and didn’t take my tape
measure to Adelaide.
HARDEST THINGS SO FAR:
– Keeping on going!!!!
Anyway another week down. Not too much to report. Still moving forward SLOWLY.
