Our Cairns Bootcamp has been running for 9 years and is one of the best fitness communities you will find! We have memebers of all ages, fitness levels, all with different ailments 😂. It’s one of the most encouraging, supportive, motivating fitness groups you’ll find. Our sessions are always different and a fun way to get fit, tone up and lose weight without being stuck in the gym!
We offer 6 Bootcamp sessions EVERY WEEK at Trinity Park. Great undercover area for those rainy days, a huge fan, lighting and toilet facilities.
Our Bootcamps are FUN workouts designed to challenge your muscles, increase your fitness and help shift the extra kilos.Â

BOOTCAMP
Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday are always different. Mixture of strength, cardio & core workouts.
BOXING
Tuesday nights we have Boxing. This session is a great cardio workout and is suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
PILATES
Pilates is a great inclusion to your strength and cardio workouts. It helps to tone, increases core strength and overall flexiblity.

- Fun 45 minute workouts with like-minded individuals designed to get you results!
- A variety of workouts including circuits, boxing, cardio and core. We use a variety of equipment including kettlebells, ropes, slam balls and obstacles to keep sessions interesting!
- To be part of an awesome community! Our Get Active Personal Training & Bootcamp clients are AMAZING and we a run a variety of social events throughout the year.
