What have you achieved since working withi Get Active Online?
Injury free!! Lost 8kg, feel much better and motivated to get out of bed in the morning!! Running times are in the way down. Back into some clothes I haven’t worn for years.
What would you say to someone else thinking about joining?
Definitely do it. Not just for weight loss, but feel better all round and remind body what it can feel like when treating it with respect with good fuel and movement.
I lost 6.4 kg in 8 weeks. Created new habits with minimal sugar intake, intermittent fasting daily, less alcohol, smaller meal sizes, lots of real food (nothing processed) and lots of exercise. Also learned new recipes that are so healthy and tasty. I feel great both mentally and physically.
