It’s time for you!!!
Join me for the next round of our popular 21 Day Challenge. This program is designed to get you feeling GREAT. It’s all about helping you increase your fitness and FEEL FANTASTIC.
It doesn’t matter what your current fitness is like our goal is to help you improve. We have an awesome group of bootcampers who are all very supportive and create a fun place to exercise.
Each week you will have access to 6 different Bootcamp sessions where we combine some cardio, core, resistance and boxing workouts. You will also get a nutrition plan that will help maximise your results. Whether you just want more energy or to drop a few kilos we are here to help you achieve your goals.
Bootcamp sessions are run at the Holy Cross School Trinity Park – Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:45am-6:30am, Tuesday & Thursday 5:45pm-6:30pm and Saturday 7-7:45am. We have a great undercover area so we can train in all weather!
