A BIT ABOUT ME:
Over the years I’ve helped hundreds of women to lose weight and feel amazing. I’ve been featured in some of Australia’s best fitness magazines along with my successful Clients. I run Get Active Online & Get Active Personal Training & Bootcamps. I’m a mum to a gorgeous boy called Braden and have a wonderful husband who works in the business with me. I love Health & Fitness because it makes ME feel great although this hasn’t always been the case. For years before getting into the fitness industry I was pretty unfit, a smoker (mmm yep!) and a pretty big drinker, along with that, I was depressed! It was my depression that got me into fitness and the results were AMAZING. The difference I felt mentally from eating well and exercising became my new drug. The added benefit is that at 43 I’m looking better than I did in my 20’s. So for me health & fitness is all about helping others FEEL great. For sure if you want to look smoking hot I can help you do that but most importantly I want to help you not just feel good but GREAT and confident with who you are. We all have struggles and I’m as “normal” as anyone out there. I love my chocolate, I love a vodka and sometimes I feel downright lazy and my life is pure chaos. Amongst it all I manage to keep up some level of fitness and healthy eating as I KNOW HOW GOOD IT MAKES ME FEEL. This is my “why”, this is my motivation and I want you to feel the same.
