Kate has successfully started and finished her 12 week program and is 8kg lighter because of it!
The biggest things Kate has learnt throughout her journey are:
– She needs to eat more and be consistent with her nutrition to get
results. Trying to be too restrictive only leads to bingeing.
– Include training you enjoy, which for Kate means weight training, walks with the girlfriends and Top Ride Classes.
– Most important Listen to your own instincts and focuss on finding what works for you!!
Kate, it now continuing on with her health and fitness journey as she isn’t quite where she wants to be.
