Yes, I’m back into it full steam ahead! For some reason I just don’t seem to
be able to ease into things and today it’s taking it’s toll! I CAN
BARELY WALK, I have DOMS so bad…..
I suppose that’s what happens when you don’t train legs for a few
months and then you decide to get straight back into some nice Jump
Squats and Split Squats!
You’d think I’d know better but after feeling a bit worse for wear
after holidays I was pretty keen to get into things. So I’ve managed a
run, I was actually quite suprised how hard a 45min jog was considering
only a few weeks ago I ran a marathon. Also went for a nice powerwalk
and did weights!
This morning I tried to go to spin but my legs struggled to get me out of bed so a nice powerwalk is in order this arvo instead.
Anyway now I’m back on trck I’ll be putting up a few AMAZING
transformations! I’m still constantly blown away by some of the changes
clients make and it definatley gets me motivated again after being a bit
lazy on holidays.
