KATE WEEK 5
PROGRESS: Lost .9kg. (3kg weight loss so far)
TRAINING: walk x 3, all weight workouts including legs, 1 top ride
NUTRITION: Back into it, although faced with an evening of Pizza and
& Fried rice as the only option so opted for a small portion as the
her treat for the week.
OBSTACLES: Time management. Kate has been flat out this week and has
had to make a big effort just to fit everything in and stay on track.
Kate’s tip this week: “make the best of each situation”
After having a really tough week the week before and being close to
giving up Kate has managed to get things back on track and keep going.
Sometimes it feels like we are doing so much for little rewards although
