OBSTACLES: FRUSTRATED,re-injured ankle and feeling like it’s all pointless. Wondering whether it’s still worth going on!
Kate’s tip this week: “Stick to eating well”
Kate, has had a tough week and is going through what many of us go through when trying to make changes.
When things don’t go as planned we all start to question why we are bothering and is it easier to just give up?
Kate, has had to really think about why she is doing this and if she
REALLY wants to change. The good news is that Kate has managed to get
her motivation back and instead of getting annoyed and frustrated that
she can’t train much is focussing on what she can do.
What I want others to realise is that what Kate is experiencing is
TOTALLY NORMAL! I have trained hundreds of people and I can’t think of
many that had a perfect 12 weeks. The key is to JUST KEEP GOING AND DO
THE BEST YOU CAN EACH DAY!!!
