Kate’s goals for her 12 week journey!
1. Fit back in to my summer clothes (in time for summer!!)
2. Get to (at least) 65kg
3. Be able to run for 45 minutes, non stop
So for some extra motivation Kate will be updating us weekly on how
she is progressing. It will be an honest account of her journey so there
will be some good weeks along with some not so good ones.
It would be great if you can leave any comments or tips for Kate as
she is being pretty brave by having her goals put out there and letting
others follow her journey.
Kate started her 12 Week Challenge on Saturday the 7th of August so I’ll be updating on a weekly basis from there.
