So what is Online Personal Training?
I thought I’d better try and explain it a little further as I get
some strange reactions when I tell them that I’m an Online Personal
Trainer! Many people find it hard to understand how I can train people
online? They think that I should be in the gym torturing people (which I
do enjoy too, he,he) but most of my energy is spent coaching people
So how does an Online Personal Trainer work? Basically I’m your
trainer 24/7, not just for 30 minutes a few times a week but I’m here
whenever you need someone. It’s acutally the support aspect of an Online
Personal Trainer that is the most valuable. For sure you get a
personalised nutrition and training plan but you also have someone who
is just an email away at any time!
Quite often throughout a fat loss journey you start to doubt
yourself, think things aren’t changing! I’m the one who is there to
re-assure you that this is “normal” and help get you back on track when
you start to doubt yourself, tweaks your program when fat loss slows
down and basically just keeps you accountable and on track.
For anyone who has worked with me, will know that I continually go
on about changing your mind as well as your body! Part of Online
Personal Training allows you to really work on changing your mindset,
introducing new habits and truly believing that you are the fit and
healthy person that you have always wanted to be.
At the end of the day you need to find something that works for you.
