DAILY UPDATE:
Great day! Flat out week so just happy to be getting every thing done at the moment.
FOOD: All good, although had 1/2 protein bar in replace of one of my other meals.
TRAINING:
5KM TREADMILL RUN: Nothing too hard just wanted to get a run in
before rpm as I’ve been a bit slack this week when it comes to my
running.
RPM EXPRESS: VERY HARD after doing a 5km run!
WATER: Enough.
DRINKS: None
TREATS: Went out for a Cappa! Needed to get out of the office….
All going ok just been flat out this week and really need to sit
down this weekend and seriously plan out the coming week. When I don’t
plan I just don’t do as well!
Anyway time to escape the computer and head out to dinner!
