WEEK 1 - NUTRITION

Learn what you should be eating to give you more energy and help you lose any extra kilos that might have crept on.

week 2 - movement

This week we set some exercise goals and you’ll learn how much exercise is needed to keep you fit and healthy. This week’s mission is to move more!

week 3 - stress & sleep

Tips on how to reduce stress and how much sleep you really need. We will work on creating a pre-sleep routine and building on the habits we have already implemented.

week 4 - self care

Let’s pull it all together and learn the importance of self-care. In our final week we try and implement EVERYTHING we have learnt so far to really get some great results!
