My Story Why I do What I Do
I began my fitness journey while battling depression in my 20s. Taking on my own fitness challenge opened my eyes to how amazing exercise and eating well can make you feel. That experience ignited my passion for helping others. Over the years, I’ve tackled fitness challenges, sports model competitions, and marathons, pushing my body to the limits.
But hitting my 40s brought new challenges. My hormones were out of whack, I constantly felt exhausted, and life became overwhelming. I went through an incredibly tough time. During the Covid lockdowns, we received the devastating news that my mother-in-law, who was a huge support to our family—had cancer. Within months, she was gone, and due to restrictions, we never got to say a proper goodbye. The weight of it all took its toll, and before I knew it, nightly drinking had become the norm.
Just when we thought things couldn’t get any worse, I was hit with the news no one expects in their early 40s—I had breast cancer. Looking back, I’m not sure how I got through it, but I do know that staying positive and focusing on what I could control made all the difference.
These experiences were a massive wake-up call for me, they forced me to slow down and reassess what being truly healthy means.
True health and wellness isn’t about extreme workouts or rigid diets—it’s about balance. It’s about looking at your whole lifestyle and finding a plan that works for you.
That’s why I’m here as your online fitness coach, to help you achieve lasting wellness that fits your life.

I’m not a 20-year-old influencer—I’ve lived it. Over the past 16 years, I’ve seen fitness fads come and go and learned that true health and wellness is about a holistic approach that works with your lifestyle.

From your responses, I’ll design a personalised, holistic plan that fits your work, family, and daily responsibilities. We’ll also set clear habit goals to create lasting change, ensuring that your plan is flexible and tailored to your needs. This is just the starting point, and we’ll continue to adjust as we work together to discover what truly works for you. Please allow 5 working days for your personalised program to be created.
Begin Your Journey
Ongoing Coaching & Support
Each week, you’ll check in via email, where I’ll provide personalised feedback and adjust your plan to keep you on track. You’ll also get access to lessons and daily actions to stay focused and motivated. Monthly video calls will help us review your progress, set new habit-based goals, and address any challenges. We’ll work together to develop a tailored Sleep, Stress, and Recovery plan, implement simple nutrition and exercise actions, tackle limiting beliefs, and integrate self-care into your routine. Plus, I’ll provide tips for managing hormones and making sustainable changes for long-term success.

What nutrition approach do you use?
Your personalised nutrition plan is designed to align with your goals, lifestyle, and food preferences. I follow evidence-based principles from Precision Nutrition—focusing on balanced, sustainable eating without fad diets. You’ll receive clear guidance on food choices, portion sizes, and strategies that fit into your daily life for lasting results.
I’m not a fan of gyms and haven’t trained in a while. Is that a problem?
Not at all! Your program is completely personalised to suit your preferences, lifestyle, and current fitness level. Whether you prefer home workouts, outdoor activities, or other forms of movement, I’ll create a plan that works for you. The focus is on building sustainable habits and confidence, no matter where you’re starting from.
