My Story Why I do What I Do
I began my fitness journey while battling depression in my 20s. Taking on my own fitness challenge opened my eyes to how amazing exercise and eating well can make you feel. That experience ignited my passion for helping others. Over the years, I’ve tackled fitness challenges, sports model competitions, and marathons, pushing my body to the limits.
But hitting my 40s brought new challenges. My hormones were out of whack, I constantly felt exhausted, and life became overwhelming. Losing my mother-in-law to cancer and facing my own breast cancer diagnosis in my early 40s was a massive wake-up call. These experiences forced me to slow down and reassess what being truly healthy means.
True health isn’t about extreme workouts or rigid diets—it’s about balance. It’s about looking at your whole lifestyle.
That’s why I’m here as your online fitness coach, to help you achieve lasting wellness that fits your life.

I’m not a 20-year-old influencer—I’ve lived it. Over the past 16 years, I’ve seen fitness fads come and go and learned that true health is about a holistic approach that works with your lifestyle.
