A BIG Congratulations to Kelsi!

Kelsi has been training with us for the past three months and has achieved an incredible 14.3kg weight loss.

Here’s what Kelsi had to say about her journey:


1. What made you decide you wanted/needed to start a program?

Nothing seemed to look good on me anymore, and nothing fit well. I never felt “great about myself.” I knew for my own health and mental well-being, I needed to do something big to change the way I looked and felt.

2. What results have you achieved since starting your program?

The program has completely changed my mindset. Exercise is now something I want to do, making healthier food choices is easy, and I don’t crave unhealthy foods anymore. I’ve achieved far more than I ever expected. Losing 14kg is huge for me!

3. What do you like best about our program/ having a trainer?

I decided to work with a personal trainer because I needed someone to teach me how to work out properly, what exercises to do, what to eat, and how much to eat. After constantly falling for fad diets and bad advice from the internet, I knew I needed personal guidance. That’s exactly what I’ve received from Hilde and Cam.

I’m now equipped with the knowledge I need to continue my journey and live a healthier, happier lifestyle.

What did I love about it? Everything! The program was great, the food was great, and Hilde and Cam are great. Yes, I got my butt whooped more than a few times, but it was exactly what I needed.

4. What would you say to someone on the fence about joining our program?

Get up and do something for yourself. Weight loss is hard, and having someone to help you through it and push you when you need it is the best way to get the results you want. Hilde and Cam will give you the tools you need to change the way you think and feel about yourself.
