A HUGE Shout Out to Belinda!

I just received Belinda’s after photos from her 12 Week Online Coaching Program, and WOW! She has made some incredible changes!

When I first received Belinda’s questionnaire, I was quite surprised by how much sugar she consumed and thought it might take a while for her to break the habit.

But I was wrong!

Belinda fully immersed herself in the program and made great changes right away. She really embraced both the nutrition and training plans, steadily improving each week.

What made you decide you needed to start a program?

12 weeks ago, I decided to take control of my health—not just for the benefit of my family, but for myself. I was overweight, unhealthy, very moody, and totally addicted to sugar. I was tired and confused about what I should be eating and how to realistically maintain a healthy lifestyle. I jumped online and Googled “online personal trainer,” and Get Active came up. I immediately liked the fact that Hilde was a working mother, and I felt she would understand and be able to help me. So, I committed to a 12-week program, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

What results have you achieved since starting your program?

12 weeks later, I’ve lost 8.4kg and 69cm from my body measurements. I feel amazing and am so proud of what I’ve achieved. My main goal when starting the program was to make my health a priority and incorporate a healthy, active lifestyle into my everyday routine to better manage my chronic health conditions. I’ve totally achieved this. I feel like I’ve finally learned how to eat properly and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle. I can’t thank Hilde enough for the knowledge and support she has given me!

What do you like best about our program/ having a trainer?

The best thing about the program was having someone to be accountable to each week, especially in the beginning. Changing bad eating habits was challenging in those first few weeks, but having Hilde check in with me kept me on track. I also felt confident that what Hilde was teaching me wasn’t some fad diet—it was something that would work.

What would you say to someone sitting on the fence about joining our program?

I would totally recommend Hilde’s program—it has been life-changing for me. My family and friends can’t believe how healthy and good I look. I feel like a new woman who jumps out of bed ready to take on the day. Thank you!!
